SPECIFICATION INFORMATION

Construction

The outer housing of the Form 4 is constructed of 20 gauge steel. This steel housing is wrapped around multiple aluminum extrusions to give the housing the durability and rigidity of an aluminum extruded housing. The endcaps are constructed of die cast aluminum ensuring that there are no light leaks. All fasteners are concealed and maintained with a minimum amount of tolerance to ensure that fixture integrity is maintained.

Finish

Standard housing finish is powder coat matte white. Other powder coat finishes are available as an option. Please see the Options section of this binder for more details. Pre-plated steel finishes are available. Endcaps and connectors are finished the same as the housing on all painted parts.

Shielding

Form 4 is available with a parabolic louver or acrylic lens. Parabolic louvers are constructed of anodized aluminum with either a specular or semi-specular finish. Gold louvers can be ordered as a special. A variety of lenses are available.

Mounting

The F4 is designed to be installed with cables, stems, surface mounted or mounted to the wall with a bracket (see pg. 1-2B). Corners and connectors are available and constructed of heavy-duty steel to assure rigid joints. On 90º corners, T and Cross-T connectors, a bottom mounted cover plate snaps securely in place and provides instant access to corner/connector interior. Adjustable connectors with top access only can be end mounted as filler pans for flexible row lengths (option suffix-AH). Where patterns or rows are used it is recommended that the factory be provided with a layout diagram.

Labels and Electrical

All fixtures bear appropriate UL or CSA labels. Fixtures are pre-wired with electronic ballasts. Available in 120, 277, or 347 volt.
